What a special wedding this was!! I took Amanda and Hunter’s bride and groom formals a couple days before the wedding at The Great Saltair, the lighting was just perfection, and it was so nice to be able to take our time with them and not have to worry about more photos the day of 😊
On the wedding day it was rainy all morning and then magically cleared up just in time for photos outside the Provo City Center Temple. Such a miracle! The couple exited the temple and it was so special because 2 of the brides brothers are serving mission, but one is doing home MTC and was able to get permission to attend and the other just got sent to Ecuador, but was able to video call for their exit and some of the photos! The bride immediately started getting teary when she got to talk to him and you could tell that they had a strong sibling bond!
Later that night it was time for the reception and it was BEAUTIFUL! They did such a wonderful job planning it and were able to rent out the Provo Library Ballroom, a huge space, that was perfect for a wedding! The best Cheesecake in the world was served and these families really knew how to party! The Groom and his mom had the best choreographed dance for the mother son dance and they hit it out of the park!! I loved seeing the mother son bond that they shared and know they probably spent hours and hours learning that dance together! How special! You could tell that Amanda and Hunter are truly loved by so many and it was such a joy to see their faces light up with everyone that they talked to!
Later that night the Brides Uncle gave the brides family a package that her brother had sent from Ecuador! I was able to capture some special moments while they opened it and all their faces lit up! This family bond is strong and I loved being a part of this incredible night!
Thank you Amanda and Hunter for letting me capture your special day!! I hope these photos bring back a flood of memories and help you remember the feelings of love and joy you felt on this day forever!
