I was so excited to be able to take Amia and Mikal’s engagement photos!! Amia and I went to the same church growing up and she was always full of so much joy! You can’t help but be happy when she is around, so of course I knew she would pick such an amazing person to marry and was excited to meet Mikal! You can feel the love they have for each other when they are together and Mikal is such a great fit!
Originally we had planned to take their engagements at the Bonneville Salt Flats, but the weather seemed iffy and we weren’t sure we wanted to drive that far and end up with bad weather, so these two trusted me completely and we decided to check out Albion Basin and I AM SO GLAD WE DID!!! It was to die for!! All the wild flowers are in bloom and it was stunning!! Plus Mikal proposed in a sunflower field, so I guess flowers are their thing now 😉
These two are such a power couple and I am looking forward to watching where life takes them!
