Emma is a gem! She is full of energy and has a love for life! She is happy, fun, and confident! Everything about Emma’s Lake Coeur D’Alene senior session was stunning!! She has a radiating smile and the Lake was the perfect backdrop for her dreamy photos.
Her mom and sisters tagged along on her session and I am so so glad because I love her whole family so much and am always down to see them. Probably because they remind me so much of my own. Just like Emma, I too have 2 older sisters and if you don’t have sisters you cannot fully understand the essential role that “unwanted” advice and sass actually plays in your life. You need all their feedback, all their sassy comments, and most importantly all their clothes. Lol. I grew up stealing all my sisters clothes, and it turns out 99% of Emma’s outfits were her sister’s. So I relate.
I really do love when moms, or sisters, or best friends tag along to senior sessions because it adds an energy that reflects in the photos! I always have the extras be the cheerleaders, the obnoxious fake laughers, and the extra eyes. It always helps people feel more comfortable surrounded by those they know best.
I have now photographed Emma’s sister’s engagements and wedding, Emma’s family photos, and now her Senior photos. So sad that we don’t have anything else currently on the schedule. I made sure to let them know that I expect to hangout with them regardless of whether it is at a photo shoot or not 😉 LOVE that my clients truly do become my friends.
Emma’s Lake Coeur D’Alene senior session was a blast!! I wish nothing but the best for Emma and know that she will do some amazing things in this life. I hope her senior year is the best one yet! And I can’t wait to see this cute fam again!
